E3 Mission: Legacy in Motion

Min. Ravonne Allmon-Smith

Ravonne Allmon-Smith, M.Ed. SHRM-CP

Following the world-wide Covid Pandemic, God gave Pastor Richard Allmon Jr. and then, Executive Pastor (EP) Ravonne Allmon-Smith, a vision for what is now E3 Church, Dba E3 Church DFW and E3 EveryWhere.

E3 was birth from a vision Minister Ravonne was given by the Lord to help lay members and retiring pastors develop their giftedness (or aide them in the development of giftedness of incoming Pastors) using a mission and spiritual-legacy based model. A model inspired by the training she received while serving in various facets of ministry under the leadership of her parents for over three decades, the late Bishop Richard V. Allmon, Sr. and Lady Lois. S. Allmon. Pastor Ricky joined with her in love as her elder brother with over four decades of pastoral and leadership development experience, and then as a licensed minister and overseer, to help build and launch E3 Church – or what we affectionately call E3 Church DFW.

Incorporated in the Summer of 2025 as a non-denominational Christian organization, the church held its official launch service in Grand Prairie, Texas on Sunday, July 13, 2025.

On, July 1, 2026, Pastor Ricky transitioned full leadership of E3 Church into the hands of his sister, Ravonne. Following a period of prayer and through the advice of the E3 Governing Board, Sis. Ravonne was unanimously appointed as interim Lead Servant (Senior Pastor) of E3 Church, and on August 24, 2026, she was officially appointed.

Pastor Ricky Allmon and Min. Ravonne are the first and fourth biological siblings of 12. And they, along with their 10 siblings, were born to the late Bishop Richard V. Allmon Sr. and Lois A. Allmon.

While Sis. Ravonne has worked tirelessly through ministry as a former church administrator, youth leader, and campus ministry leader; she has also followed the Lord’s example of whatever your hands finds to do, do it with all of your heart (Ecclesiastes 9:10), by making stride in the community and marketplace as a former educator, school administrator, and now as director of human resources for a thriving region of education in the state of Texas.

Minister Ravonne is married to Michael Smith and they are the proud parents of one son, Logan Smith.

E3 Church is now experiencing great growth and community impact and look forward to you making history with us.
